Call for Video Cases is now CLOSED 

EGHC 2015 offers a unique opportunity to participants to present their Video Cases at the conference. A Video Marathon session will be organized on last day of the conference. All accepted Video Cases will be presented there, whereas abstracts of the accepted Video Cases will be published in the conference book that will be distributed to registered delegates.

Last date to submit your Video Cases is 5 March 2015. All accepted Video Cases will be presented in the Video Marathon Session on 3rd Day of EGHC 2015, whereas abstracts of the accepted Video Cases will be published in the conference book that will be distributed to registered delegates.

Guidelines

Authors are requested to follow the below guidelines for submission of Video Cases. Cases not conforming to the guidelines will not be referred for review.

  • Video Presentations must not exceed 5 minutes.
  • Video Presentations must be in English and must be presented in that language
  • The videos submitted must have a resolution of 720p or 1080p
  • The video must be submitted in standard video file format – MPEG (.mpg), Quicktime (.mov), or Microsoft (.avi) is recommended.
  • Authors must be registered to submit your video presentation.
  • Narration can be included with the video at an appropriate level to be understood using computer speakers at mid-level volume.
  • The video must be accompanied with an abstract with maximum of 300 words.
  • NO changes to the video (image or audio) can be made after the submission deadline and/or after the video has been selected for presentation during the Video Forum
  • You will receive an email with a link to upload your video on the completion of UPLOAD VIDEO form.
Author Agreement

By submitting the abstract, the author confirms and agrees to the following:

a. All authors approve submitting this work for presentation.
b. The authors have done the work reported in the abstract and take full responsibility for the contents.
c. The authors transfer all copyright ownership of the abstract to the EGHC2015.
d. The authors agree to confine their presentation to information in the abstract.
f. The author will immediately notify the EGHC2015 Scientific Committee if they are unable to make a presentation.
g. The authors guarantee that clinical studies and any animal tests have proceeded with the official permission from the proper authorities.
h. All presenters will be responsible for their own registration fees, hotel and travel expenses. We regret that we cannot waive registration fees or cover expenses for any oral or poster presenters.
